A: We require an application and a holding fee to take a home off the market for you.

Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: No, you will pay a security deposit and your first month’s rent, we do not collect last month’s rent at move in.

Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: 18 years old.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: The security deposit is refundable providing there is no rent or damages to the property upon move out.

Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: You will need to contact the leasing and marketing director to complete the application process.

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: You will log on to your tenant portal and pay rent via ACH. You will need your bank account
number and routing number. There is no cost for paying online.

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: You will need to contact our office to discuss.

Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: Each case can be different so you will need to contact our leasing department to determine if this is a possibility.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: You will need to give a written 30 day notice to our office before the next rental due date.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: If a service request is the result of tenant caused damage you will be assessed
the cost of the repair, normal wear and tear is covered by the owner.
