What is our Pricing?
Our fee schedule is very reasonable. The fee is all inclusive and fair, for most properties, you will only pay $75.00 per month. Or if you prefer to pay based upon the rents collected, you can choose our percentage based management fee of only 8% of the rents collected. We offer discounts for multiple property owners. We do not charge hidden or undisclosed fees. A leasing fee of less than 1/2 of a month’s rent is charged for finding and processing new tenants. We have a very thorough screening process that if highly effective to find the right tenant. We will not charge anything until we have completed the move in with the new tenants. We will match or beat any reasonable fee pricing from our competitors.
